Second, we are held accountable to God's direction for the ministry through the participation of a board of directors. These directors are individuals that have backgrounds in or a passion for discipleship, youth ministry, urban ministry, foreign missions, local missions, finances, church planting, and business management and planning. In addition to the board, we have the privilege of having several volunteer advisers with expertise in law, graphic design, health care, and international affairs.

 

Third, since the organization is a ground floor operation, the only employee of the company is the president-founder.

 

Fourth, our corporate activity and percentage of activity is as follows:

 

 

Programming is the function of the ministry that creates the necessary programs to minister to communities and people where the ministry is based. Programming designs the outreach projects and education materials to help meet the needs of those being ministered to. Programming chooses and sets up the sites and prepares churches and groups to minister at these mission locations.

 

Administration/Management is the function of the ministry that coordinates the flow of decision making, information, and communication internally and externally to the mission sites, churches and groups involved in the ministry, general public, and to the sites and communities where the ministry is being conducted.

 

Fundraising is the function of the ministry that allows money to be raised to help the organization fund a specific project in a community or underwrite specified costs in the organization. Money is solicited through grants and individuals who believe in the ministry's purpose, thus, donating gifts, monetarily or in kind.
