Thursday, June 17: we just returned from the market square where we performed a 5 minute skit before the general public. The skit was about why we need Jesus. Approximately 40 people watched as we mimed out a story about a young woman falling into a trap to the world to the music Lighthouse. It was hard for some to do because it was out of their comfort zone, but when we were done, not only did the people cheer us on, but the comment from the crowd was "thank you for bringing the Gospel of Yeshua to our people!" Further, we had Jewish believers who we did not know witnessing to the crowd around us, for us, because of our performance. One Israeli couple who were there on holiday said that they were in their hotel room, felt Yeshua telling them to go for a walk, and when they did.... the were led to our performing group to be a witness to those watching us. Wow... what a testimony of obedience to the LORD!
