Wednesday, June 2: At first the team though today was going to be a total wash... literally. We work up this morning to a torrential down pour, which lasted until noon. However, as the rain began to dissipate, we loaded all our gear up and headed out to Andaha where we found people lined up and waiting to see a nurse or a doctor in the rain. When we saw the people, our hearts we so touched that we grabbed our materials and hit the ground running! We ministered from 1pm to 6pm non-stop. The only reason we stopped was because we ran out of medicines. The results: 455 people were medically treated. 153 were prayed over, and 28 gave their life to Christ. What stated off as the potential for a disappointing day turned into a glorious triumph for the LORD! Satan could not stop what God had commanded to be done... to reach another with the saving message of His Son.
