What to Bring!
- Sheet/blanket or sleeping bag
- Blow-up Mattress or cot
- Pillow
- Hat
- Work gloves
- Walking shoes
- Sandals Swimsuit (one piece for girls)
- Beach towel
- Bath Towel and washcloth
- Toiletries (i.e. soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.)
- Hand Sanitizer (Pural)
- Nice shirts/t-shirts to work in
- Modest shorts to work in
- Nice casual dress clothes for church
- Bed clothes
- Bag for dirty clothes
- Umbrella (for sun is you want)
- Water bottle or Camel
- Pack Can of Gator Aid or Power Aid
- Powder or Gold Bond (small container)
- Granola Bars/Protein Bars (for energy)
- Antacid Tablets Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
- Flashlight (recommendation: light that you can strap to your head)
- Alarm clock
- Bible
- Pen/Pencil
- Notepad
- Camera (we recommend the throwaway type)
- Souvenir/spending money (bring some, but remember you are responsible for your money)
What not to bring!
- Skimpy clothes or brand name clothes (i.e. Tommy, Polo etc.)
- Valuables or large sums of money
Don’ts
- No smoking on the trip
- No drinking of alcoholic beverages
