Information:
Rev. Silas Dauji directs the Zakara Farm Project. It represents an innovative approach to ministry through agricultural development and discipleship outreach among poor and differing people groups of Nigeria. Silas, a seminary brother, has invited The Isaiah Connection to partner with him in his ministry of reconciliation in Nigeria. Depending on your giftedness and team expertise, you may be assisting with the drilling of wells in villages that have never had fresh drinking water, have the opportunity to teach farmers food preservation techniques, organize kids clubs, teach in local churches, be involved in construction projects and help with medical outreach. In the capital city of Abuja, our ministry will first be focused on medical outreach, including wellness screening, inoculations and distribution of health and hygiene kits and expand from there. God is already at work, and this is just a small glimpse of the ministries Silas has asked us to be involved in. The amazing people of Nigeria, who share a deep love for their country and their families, will inspire you to know more of God.
The Trip:
This is a no thrills trip. We will be in the mission field. It means that we will be with the people and among the people. The $440 cost to The Isaiah Connection covers transportation in the country, food for your meals, and accommodations. Note, we will not be staying in hotels or eating at fancy restaurants. You may be sleeping in a sleeping bag on a cot or a mat on the floor, you may be assisting in cooking for the group, and you may have to walk to your showers, if they are available.

Any donations of outreach supplies, materials, etc. can be given as a tax deductible donation through The Isaiah Connection.
